Who We Are
Topless Tree Service has been serving Pekin and surrounding communities since the business was started in 1998 by Bobby Mans. Bobby Mans retired in December 2020, and on January 1, 2021, Michael Rasmussen assumed ownership. Topless Tree Service is a family-owned and operated business that focuses on customer care and service. This allows us to maintain the high standard of quality work that our customers receive on each project. Michael proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, serving in Operation Enduring Freedom. Michael has worked in the tree service industry for over 20 years. When not high up in the trees, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, enjoying the great outdoors—fishing, hunting, and riding dirt bikes.
